Young Leaders’ School

About

The "Young Leader School" initiative was designed to empower the youth of Ukraine and Moldova by enhancing their skills and capabilities. This program provided participants with comprehensive training in essential soft skills, which are crucial for personal and professional development. Additionally, the young leaders had the opportunity to engage in meetings with members of the Parliament, allowing them to gain insights into political processes and governance.

Through these interactions, participants were able to refine their leadership abilities, improve their project management skills, and expand their professional networks. The initiative was a collaborative effort, implemented by the National Congress of Ukrainians of Moldova with the invaluable support of the Embassy of Ukraine. This partnership ensured that the program was not only educational but also impactful, leaving a lasting impression on the young leaders involved.
