On August 23, 2024, NCUM officially inaugurated the Ukrainian House - an institutional space dedicated to fostering dialogue between the Ukrainian and host communities, advancing humanitarian partnerships, and promoting inclusive social and economic support. Its mission includes facilitating access to employment, education, and protection of rights for Ukrainians in Moldova. Since its opening, the Ukrainian House has become a central hub for coordination and service delivery, supporting both long-standing residents and refugees through international programs and grassroots community initiatives. The Ukrainian House also serves as a platform for high-level engagement, regularly hosting official delegations from Ukraine, representatives of partner governments, the United Nations, and international organizations.

Rent of Ukrainian house premises
The premises of Ukraine House are also available for rent on a commercial basis for conferences, seminars, training, cultural, and business events. We offer a convenient location, modern equipment, and professional event support. We will help you choose the best space and provide everything you need for the success of your event.
Conference Room
A 36.7 m² event room with an additional 16 m² foyer area, ideal for meetings, presentations and training sessions for up to 25 participants. The standard package includes access to stable Wi-Fi, touch screen display with audio system and basic furniture: 7 tables and 16 chairs. The spacious foyer can be used for coffee breaks, guest registration and catering.

Meeting Room
The 30.9 m² room can accommodate up to 10 people and is ideal for working meetings, presentations or small trainings. The standard package includes access to stable Wi-Fi, a touch screen display with audio system and basic furniture: 1 table and 10 chairs. In the warm season the balcony can be used additionally; it is also possible to organize a catering area in the foyer.

Yard
During the warm season, a cozy 250 m² courtyard with a balcony is available for rent — an ideal space for outdoor events. The basic setup includes 20 chairs, 4 tables, 6 bean bags, a set of garden furniture, and string lights. Upon request, a screen and projector, speaker, and wireless microphones can be provided for an additional fee.
